Develop Her Game is delighted to announce their partnership with Coaching Connexions, who are a nationwide college providing 16 – 19 year olds the opportunity to gain a career in the sport industry. Our partnership allows us to offer a unique opportunity by giving female players the ability to combine their post 16 education with a professional, full-time football training programme. 
The college is part of the Armstrong Learning Group who are the biggest EFA funded provider in the country. In their recent inspections, the group achieved a “Good” rating in all categories from Ofsted and “Outstanding” by the Independent Schools Inspectorate.

TALENT ID DAY 
FRI 9 APR 21
We will be hosting a Talent Identification morning on Friday 9th April 2021 at 10:00 at Blue Flames, Newcastle. There is no cost to the session and it is open to girls in current Year 10 and Year 11 who are interested in exploring different opportunities for Post 16 Studies. 
 
The structure of the day will be:

10:00-10:30 | Presentation with Players & Parents

10:30-12:00 | Practical Training Session

12:00-12:15 | Video Analysis Session

12:15-13:15 | Strength & Conditioning/Injury Prevention Session

13:15-13:30 | Debrief followed by a Q&A

The day will follow a similar schedule to what players would receive if they were to be a part of the Football Education College. The day will include a Training Session, Video Analysis Introduction , Strength & Conditioning and a full presentation on the Football Education College.
